Zagreb

Zagreb is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Croatia which was founded by Slavs in 10 century A.D.

It is a city with a rich history with a number of cultural assets such as Zagreb University  which has a 300 years of history and the Conservatory.

In the center of the city, the Neo Gothic style twin-steeple of the Cathedral of Blessed Virgin Mary gives middle aged atmosphere to the cityscape.

Traditional industry of Zagreb such as pottery, embroidery, lace making, tanned leather products and other ethnic crafts are uniquely attractive.
