Kyiv

Kyiv is the Capital and largest city of Ukraine located in the north central part of the country on the Dnieper River.

It has a long tradition and history.It is one of the oldest cities in Kyiv Principality as its history begun in 6 century A.D.

It is called the “Capital of Forest” because it has got several parks and roads lined with trees and more than 65% of its land is covered by green.

The city takes pride in having Saint Sophia Cathedral, Pechersk Lavra. Because of its sophisticated music and the well-known Kyiv ballet troop, it is also known as a culturally advanced city.
