Cologne (Köln) is one of the oldest cities in Germany which was founded by the Romans in 1st century.

It now prospers as key junction of rail, land transportation and Rhine river transportation. Cologne flourished as city of industry, commerce and tourism. It is also the hub of contemporary arts painting and music.

Cologne Cathedral, famous for its twin steeple and Gothic style, is known as the Largest Gothic architecture in the world. The name “Eau de Cologne” also originated from Cologne.
