Prague

Prague is the capital and the largest city of the Czech Republic. Situated on the Vultava River in central Bohemia, Prague has been the political, cultural, and economic centre since 9th century. The city consists of 56 administrative and municipal districts.

Prague is the abode of Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and several other historical architectures of Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque period. That is why it is called the “museum of architecture” and the “city of hundred spires”.

It is also known for being the stage for the musical activities of famous composers such as Smetana and Dvořák.
